The newly formed corporate entity holds exclusive distribution and sales rights for Europe and North America, positioning it to spearhead the integration of automated finishing technology within the collision repair market.
The joint venture centers on the commercial rollout of the jetstream automated painting robot, a production cell designed to help body shops navigate ongoing skilled labor shortages, rising operational overhead, and premium cost pressures.

The jetstream operates as a specialized refinish component that unifies automated robotics with SATA’s established fluid dynamics hardware:
- Production Throughput: The automated robot is currently engineered to independently execute up to 35% of standard shop painting tasks to a uniform refinish benchmark. While the hardware applies coatings, the shop painter can manage parallel vehicle prep or manage concurrent booth cycles.
- Atomization Configuration: The system pairs CurveRobot’s multi-axis robotic hardware directly with a SATA automatic paint spray gun equipped with jet X nozzle technology to ensure fine, homogeneous atomization.
