Multi-shop operators (MSOs) Claudia Morgillo and Claudio Chiodo of Doublesee Enterprises Inc. have expanded their regional footprint with the grand opening of Fix Auto Meadowvale in Mississauga, Ontario. The new facility represents the partnership’s seventh Fix Auto franchise location alongside four NOVUS Glass locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
The facility architecture incorporates architectural and administrative changes designed to address two distinct challenges: consumer trust and technician retention. By prioritizing space utilization and climate control over traditional layouts, the shop sets out to maximize vehicle throughput while creating a supportive workplace for its technical staff.

- Track-Based Material Movement: The shop layout relies on a built-in track system to smoothly shuttle vehicles into and out of the paint booths, cutting out manual vehicle movement delays.
- Integrated Multi-Car Detailing: The detail bay is designed to accommodate multiple vehicles simultaneously, allowing teams to pre-wash and detail finished cars in groups to streamline the final customer delivery.
Technical Adaptation: On-Site EV and ADAS Capabilities
While Fix Auto has maintained structural aluminum repair status across its legacy operations, the Meadowvale location is built to handle the technical requirements of software-defined platforms.
The shop features dedicated bays for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) diagnostics and high-voltage electric vehicle (EV) isolating procedures. By keeping these complex mechanical processes in-house rather than subletting them to local dealerships, the shop retains control over its length of rental (LOR) metrics and ensures strict adherence to OEM repair guidelines.
