Simplicity Car Care, an automotive repair franchise network operating in Canada, has officially announced the appointment of Robert Rolfe as the company’s new Business Development Manager.
In his new role, Rolfe will oversee the execution of franchise growth strategies, build strategic industry partnerships, and support the ongoing expansion of the Simplicity Car Care footprint throughout Canada.
Rolfe enters the position with more than ten years of experience in high-performance sales within the automotive sector. His most recent industry role was as an Owner and Franchisee with Snap-on Tools, operating within the Niagara Region of Ontario.
During his time as a franchise owner, his responsibilities and career milestones included:
- Territory Management: Directly managed a commercial territory consisting of 340 active automotive and trades professionals.
- High-Value Sales: Completed individual high-value corporate and individual transactions.
- Client Retention: Focused on establishing trust-based customer relationships and facilitating multi-tiered financing discussions to secure repeat and referral sales.
Rolfe’s career background pairs formal business education with a customer-first sales methodology, which has earned him multiple industry distinctions throughout his decade in the automotive field.
Simplicity Car Care highlighted Rolfe’s dual experience in both direct sales and franchise operations as key factors for his selection.
